Admitted to the Bologna Bar Association and qualified to represent Clients before the Italian Supreme Court. Highly specialized in insolvency law, since 2000 he lectured on the courses of bankruptcy law and general procedure law, employment and insolvency procedure law at the University of Bologna, working alongside Professor Elena Frascaroli Santi and Professor Gian Franco Ricci Albergotti. For these courses, he has taught as contract professor from 2003 to 2007. At now he is lecturer at Course of general procedure law, employment and insolvency procedure law at Alma Mater Studiorum \u2013 University of Bologna, First cycle degree programme in Employment and Business Relations Consultant<\/p>\n

He graduated with honors in Law at the University of Bologna with a thesis in insolvency law entitled \u201cBankruptcy and employee\u2019 priority claims and rights\u201d (I crediti dei lavoratori dipendenti e il fallimento), Prof. Elena Frascaroli Santi as mentor.<\/p>\n

He has extensive experience in the areas of reorganization and insolvency proceedings as well as in corporate and commercial matters, including the incorporation and management of companies and joint \u2013 ventures, splits, acquisitions and mergers operations. He provides also legal advice on intellectual and industrial property law, including the field of protection and recovery of domain names, in civil law and in administrative law. He has developed an in-depth knowledge and experience in drawing up of national and international contracts and in carrying out due diligence.<\/p>\n

He has deep experience of legal issues affecting many industries, including energy, automotive, construction, consumer products and e-commerce. He provides to Firm\u2019s clients a considerable expertise in the field of the administrative liability of corporations and legal entities pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001.<\/p>\n

He represents and assists Italian and foreign clients on civil, commercial and administrative disputes pending before Italian and European first instance, appellate and superior courts. He has also deep experience in the renewable energy sector, having assisted relevant operators in negotiating and drafting power purchase agreements, EPC and O&M contracts. He also acts in domestic and international arbitrations (WIPO). He is fluent in English.<\/p>\n
