He graduated in Law at the University of Bologna with a thesis in insolvency law entitled “The effects of bankruptcy on atypical contracts: leasing, factoring, franchising” (“Gli effetti del fallimento sui contratti atipici: leasing, factoring, franchising”), Prof. Elena Frascaroli Santi as mentor. Admitted to the Bar of Bologna in 2001.
He mainly provides legal advice both in litigation and extrajudicial civil matters and has particular experience in civil liability, private construction contracts, arbitration and other alternative methods of dispute resolution, rental, condominium, protection of property and possession, family, voluntary jurisdiction, precautionary proceedings, judicial credit recovery, real estate procedures and securities enforcement.
